  1. Another great video Shinichi and Satoshi! This is the very first video I have seen in all the years I have been following you that I really noticed a fair amount of litter and trash on the grounds! Is it because it is a heavy tourist area?? The streets are usually soo clean and well taken care of! That being said it is still better than a lot of city streets in Canada. Thank you again for letting us share in your adventures.

  2. Glad you enjoyed Osaka. I have seen that place before but never eaten there. You went at a good time. I heard prices are going to up because of the price of eggs going up.

  3. Ah yes, Takoyaki in Osaka… it's always the first thing I try whenever I get there, and I always, without fail, horribly burn my mouth on their molten lava liquid batter interior. No amount of blowing on them and waiting seems to work. Then for the next couple of days I taste basically nothing while I stay in the food mecca that is Osaka, and then it's off to the next location on the round trip as my taste receptors slowly recover… last time i tried the Yuzu sauce and Negi ones at the canal side.

  4. I’ve been there before but we arrived on a Friday night and it was so crowded. I was with people from Hilo and we were not used to the swarm of people and felt so stressed out. We bought sushi and went back to the hotel. My other Island friends went on the boat ride but it was in Japanese and had no idea what they were saying. Our hotel was right close to the Geico man sign. Very convenient. I’d love to go back.

  5. Omg, one of my favorite foods in Japan takoyaki, yummy πŸ˜‹ I'm happy that I can eat it here in Toronto especially the place in Baldwin village

  6. I was surprised to see trash on the ground. It looks like the US. Always see trash like little bits of paper in cities in the US. Maybe even in small towns too!

  7. For those of us who aren’t able to travel, going on these virtual adventures with you and SatoChan is most enjoyable! Wish I could be there with you boys, enjoying the sights and eating the delicious food! Loved this journey Brother and look forward to the next! πŸ™πŸ»β€

  8. This is the territory of @MrsEats you guys should do some kind of collab in the future, that would be fun

  9. October, wow that's some backlog ^^ But it's always good to know the date for a video, good to compare if there's other videos of the same area and whatnot.

  10. I worked in nearby Itami for a year in the 1990s and made the trip into company HQs once a week near there. This is very nostalgic. Osaka culture is awesome. Sorry Satoshi Kansai > Kanto

  11. You know what amazes me?, that the bicycles are not locked up on the streets when people go into restaurants and stores. In America I have to lock everything up. It use to be like that but not anymore. I miss those days😒😒😒
I love seeing everything. I really want to do a 2-3 month stay in Japan but I don’t speak Japanese and I’m worried about cost of hotels.
    Any advice?

  12. I've tried Takoyaki (and Natto) for the first time two weeks ago in DΓΌsseldorf (Germany), where a lot of japanese people live. It was sooo delicious (yes, Natto too) but I got a burn blister thanks to the hot Takoyaki. πŸ˜€

  13. Hey Shinichi and Satoshi enjoy all these video thanks for sharing take care stay safe πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜β€οΈπŸ’―πŸ™

  14. This road trip series has been so enjoyable to watch! I'm traveling to Japan for the first time this summer. Your videos have taught me so much. Thank you.

  15. I like night walks like that.
I always get Takoyaki in the Asian Grocery store. I have had it fresh in Thailand but Osaka probably does it best!
