    She is from Gifu. She could have went to Nagoya or Osaka.

    Greater Tokyo seems to be overrated. Sure, there are rock clubs in Shinjuku and Shibuya but then what else do you have? In greater Tokyo, at least Yokohama seems to be the surprise with better access to beaches of the Pacific. And people from Chiba seem to be meh.

    Nagoya and Osaka likely have the best ratio of good eats and friendly people. Also good eats likely are to be had in Hakodate, Sapporo, Fukuoka and Okinawa.
