Este hermoso acontecimiento sucede por qué entre el 5-6 de febrero comienza la primavera según el calendario agrícola chino ( 45 días antes de la fecha convencional: 21 de marzo ). En la zona central de Chile ( hemisferio sur ) los pocos cerezos y ciruelos de parques y calles empiezan a florecer a fines de julio por qué la primavera comenzaría el 5-6 de agosto.
