In front of the station, there is a huge arcade called “Kichijoji Sunroad Shopping Street”. It is a very energetic city and full of people visiting for shopping. In addition to cafes and apparel shops, there are places such as Inokashira Park, which is popular for dates. The bars and taverns are lively and fun to stroll around.

    I visited here just over a week ago…..I went to the Frog Cave shop…My late partner called me "Froggy"..And I heard about this shop selling all things Frog…So made a point to visit the shop if I ever got to Japan. I did and I have !…I was surprised how bussling the area was!….From the picture on Google Earth it looked a quiet area, not much there..But it was rather a surprise!…I didn't explore as much as I should have…Wish I had….But time was against me as I nearly didn't go because I felt I just may not have time..But I felt if I did not go..I would regret it when I got home…I brought a few Frog items at the shop so..If I am ever lucky enough to go to Japan again..I shall make it a point to visit here again for a better look!…Thank You.
