Keisei Rose Garden is one of the largest rose gardens in Tokyo area. It locates in Yachiyo city, Chiba Prefecture. It takes about an hour to get to from Tokyo by train.
The best time to see the roses are mid-May to early June, and mid-October to early November. We visited and took the pictures on October 30 2022-Autumn season.
