🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. Jonathan, come on Sonny, Jonathan? My mother named me Jónheðin and the hours I tried to teach you how to pronounce my name and it was all for nothing, well I'm Jonathan from now on.

  2. Crazy to be eating rotten food 🥩🍗🍖 the jaws of death of going to snatch them up if they keep eating rotten food 🥩🍗🍖

  3. Fermented sheep meat is called "stelja" (pronunciation like "stelya") in Bosnia.

But, it's better when sheep is slaughtered alive.

  4. This place is so amazing to me. I'd fit in well here! I love it and fascinated by it ❤️ 💙

  5. In the Caribbean we eat blood pudding. I guess it is from the slavery era that the English brought to the islands.

  6. Fermentation is just another name for dry aged. The meat isn't actually rotten, it turns black on the outside which is trimmed off

  7. Being taken away in a white van to be slaughtered is so stereotypical. 😂

  8. I guess at one time they had to eat rotting meat like everyone else in Europe but they have an ocean around them to get salt from to salt cure that meat. OMG

  9. Damn Sonny you are one funny man and had a good foil with the slaughter man. Makes even the Faroe Islands look like a place i would like to visit

  10. great video but man why make fun of non binary people like that :((

  11. If I went there I would ask them to make me a nice hamburger.

They must have a few cows there, if I pay them enough they would slaughter one and grind it up for me.

Then I would have plenty of meat for delicious hamburgers to eat during my stay and not have to eat weird things. I can afford to eat the normal food that I like.

I don't want to eat their food, I want hamburgers.
