The design concept of the Nankai Airport Express （Rapito） is “retro-futuristic.
The design features a leading shape that combines strength and speed, human-like curves, and an elliptical window inspired by the image of an aircraft.
It operates directly between Nankai Namba Station and Kansai Airport Station at a maximum speed of 120 km/h.
It is a state-of-the-art railroad access with a design that is appropriate for the international city of Namba, and that is well suited to the urban landscape.
The train’s elegant form also encompasses a spacious interior.
