Every January and February in Yokoze town of Saitama prefecture you can see icicles. You can get here from Ikebukuro station by Seibu express train in an hour. These are not natural icicles though they do look nice with RGB lights. The entrance is only 500 yen. The express train going to and from Chichibu intentionally passes this place slowly to allow passengers to watch it through its huge windows.
