Not sure how it is these days, but when I was going to Canada regularly (pre passport nonsense) the hard part was getting back in the states. Go figure!
Boat-$100.00, + 8 months parts & labor= $WOW.
Hide the booze! 🙁 And keep watch!
I no it costs more money but should get one of those circle window wipers. Well on other hand no worth spending money when just gonna sell boat anyway.
Ouch on the furniture.
Way, way coooooooool!!!! Orcas are an amazing beast but I will never see one in the wild as I do not travel overseas yet I get the next best thing…..watching you two going nutso over them and that to me is a great thing.
PS: am loving your travels 🙂
Get yourself over to Vancouver island its a fantastic place
There is nothing more amazing than catching your first sight of an Orca in the wild and you gets got to have that thrill! The Mountain Myst look so sharp thanks to those many months of hard work! As a Dad & Grandpa I am so very proud of you both!
You and several other channels are prompting AG1 and it's definitely a decent product in many ways and certainly isn't a scam but there are so many vitamins and minerals in the powder that anyone taking other medications should be very careful before taking AG1. It would be really unsafe for many diabetics due to the dandelion and it also is problematic with sedatives.
Yeah we get a lot of logs in our waters here in the PNW
That is one beautiful boat. Very cool that you brought it back to its glory.
@11:45 eight months of misery for 10 minutes seeing Orcas (fins & tails) ? Wow, you should probably consider a different line of work . . . . I saw their fins & tails on YouTube for F R E E ! ! ! Didn't need to put up with heavy seas spilling all the improperly stowed items all over the deck . . . . . didn't need to put out all the $ $ $ for diesel fuel.
I could go on and . . . . on . . . . . well, . . . . . you know.
Nope, all I need to do is watch your channel ! ! ! Good Fun !
Vax mygod theres going to be a lot of cheap to free boats for sale in 2023.
I wouldn’t go there if you have to be vaccinated. They wouldn’t give a dam if the vaccines effected you in some way. It’s all BS.
Your boat is looking really smart, I’d be proud 👍👍
I feel like I just went on holiday 🙂
I recently made a trip to Canada and the only thing needed was a passport. Check their latest entry laws. They relaxed their COVID rules last back in October I think it was.
EPIIICCC!
Wow you injected an experimental toxic jab into you so you can travel?
Hi, loved your excitement about orcas. But I have one question. In Europe, near Spain and Portugal. Orcas have proven to be very dangerous, attacking sailboats. Causing lots of damage. Isn't that the case in Canada?
Awesome!!
I heard a story that was with Robin Williams once. They were walking along and some guys noticed him and yelled out "hey Mork". Now this was several years after Mork from Ork had gone off air and he had starred in multiple movies including Good morning Vietnam. The guy that was with him was surprised that the fans had mentioned that character. Robin told him that was common, because tv is in peoples living rooms every week. You become part of their lives. Youtube, for me, has replaced sitcoms on TV. I've watched y'all on and off for several years and as silly as it is I feel like I know y'all. I'm very envious of your bravery to tackle all the things you have done and also happy that you've got to experience such great things and still bring us along on your journey. Thanks for bringing entertainment and inspiration to many of your viewers!
Wow Guys awesome video total package and then some
MAYDAY is the phonetic spelling of the French m'aider, which means "HELP ME!"
It would be hard to sell that beautiful boat especially with the heart and soul work you put into it.
Hey Guys…. Heard one MayDay Fourth Of July when departing Loyd Harbor North Shore of Long Island back in late the 90's heading out after Amazing Fireworks from 180 degrees from each town Northport, Huntington, Loyd Harbor, and Oyster Bay what a great spot …however rocky North Shore heading out and Hundreds of Boats of every size and Type. We Caught a Nice Lobster and Large Flounder and bbq on the boat. Where we anchored behind was a huge mansion with a huge party and live band great spot for us… I had just a little 22.5' Searay fast 350 Mercurser we were out of Kings Park Bluff and need to get back there..and the smoke was filling the air from the 180 degrees of fireworks having gone off for hours and I was like okay so how am I getting out of here…? I followed out the wake of a large Cabin Curser and had VHF on and I hear this MayDay, MayDay, MayDay desperate call and Coast Guard responded with all vessels' notices I am listing intently and they ask this captain what type of vessel and GPS , Souls on board…Capitan comes back with 35 foot something and 6 people several injured and bleeding, we are going down we hit rocks full stop and we are sinking no GPS not working, finally, the guy /Capitan describes his visual location and gets GPS back gives the numbers and a Commercial Fishing Boat comes back I know where he is, and heading there now ETA was like 20-minutes and that was it… it was quite the feeling for me and my wife and to be praying for them, they were on the Connecticut side of the Sound, it was something I will never forget. Rule one on the North Shore, Long Island Sound Stay in the middle! Billy tell your Dad I said hello I was talking with him a while back about buying a boat he had in the yard for a Floating Kitchen I was planning.
DAMN! Though I was gonna be a grampa!
It's such a treat to see you through with all the hard work enjoying the ride. Do you have any plans for hanging dinghy to save drag?
FYI – they say "eh" more in the American midwest than in Canada as someone who has lived in both Canada and the US
I have a question, how did you find a yard that would allow you to work on the boat? I have been looking where I am and have so far struck out.
This was beautiful. Thank you.
I saw Mountain Mist on AIS near Montague Harbour several months ago and about 1 mile away also on AIS was a vessel names Tula.
How cool is that?
Great episode! Glad you can enjoy after all of that hard work you did. Orcas–that's cool!
Fabulous!
It's always so much fun to sail with you two. Thanks for letting us tag along ☺️
How long is your lead time? It’s seriously winter down here in the states.
Even a lake like Lake Michigan can get very rough with ten foot swells. Not always easy sailing, or trolling. Great job though.
M'aider. help me in french. Now called Mayday.
You said ,"we are keeping a really good look out for logs" I looked down and your wife is sound asleep. LOL
I thought these videos were current
Obviously as I've cruised the Puget Sound and Canadian waters these video files are from summer.
I'd guess, if the boats is still in Was or Canada it's seen plenty of rain and snow by now.
Are you actually with the boat , or back in sunny Florida?
As an old North Westerner…. Seeing you guys experience the wonders of The Great Northwest was special. And every time you feature your handy work on this $100 buck cruiser I’m blow away!😎 In Florida and Loving It! 😎
Glad your having a great trip to Canada,
Happy for you guys, good luck 👍
I thought it was 200’ regulations from whales…
I gave up eating salmon as these beautiful creatures food supply is being depleted.
How amazing!! So glad to see you guys back on the water having amazing adventures again
