Miyajima island hotel Kikugawa has lovely rooms with a traditional aesthetic but modern comforts and their traditional Japanese style breakfast also has a more sustainable modern twist I’d you order a vegan version when you book. all the soup and sauce stick is made from Kombu kelp instead of fish as is usual. THIS is how vegan food can and should be done in Japan 😋
