  1. America has the best local sporting events in the world with their professional and college teams.

  2. Have you been to Leavenworth, WA? It's small, but definitely worth a visit. It's a German village town.

  3. I have only visited 11 on your list but have to agree with your comments. The tourist attractions that surprised me in how much I enjoyed them was the Grand Canyon, Gracelands museum and Cape Kennedy.

  4. I'm looking forward to seeing Dolt .45s ass on Mt. Rushmore – after all he's saved me $thousands – I've been to the U.S. several times in my life (and enjoyed each and every vacation) but in 2017 he helped me decide NEVER to return. America – you be messed up!

  5. if you are on the east coast, the Intrepid in NYC is another aircraft carrier that has been converted to a museum.

  6. Missed live stream (sorry). Wanted to let you know that the "card passer-outers" have returned to the Las Vegas Strip. Not nearly as many as in the pre-Covid days, but enough to create litter on the sidewalks.

  7. Great list. Wow, I think this got ALL my favorites. Note, lately the French Quarter is unsafe at night. You may be robbed or cut. They're really imploding, like San Franscisco. And I've heard many stories that the Plandemic destroyed the Florida Keys businesses (of course, small businesses) and workers moved away. Hope that has come back somewhat. My favorites are Vegas and Manhattan. I urge going with someone EXPERIENCED with N.Y.; they eat the naive. And do Circle Line.

  8. One thing that's fun on "lists" is showing the photo before naming it. This video did that, although you had to work fast this time! It makes a nice little trivia game. For example, seeing the balloon on the strip and going "Vegas!".
I don't know if you realize it, but that delay is done splendidly on the international cities intro making a great trivia challenge. It's great to have a few seconds before the answer is revealed.

  9. Interesting list…been to 10 of them, with two more planned in 2023. So many places could be added to this list, but there is only so much time.

  10. Train station statistics are skewed because they include suburban commuters (and data is probably pre-Covid). The Bureau of Engraving & Printing is in the process of moving out to Beltsville and it's possible the National Mall facility will never reopen to the public ☹

  11. My preference is the Mackinac Bridge over the Golden Gate Bridge. To give some scale it is 26K feet long v. 9K feet for the Golden Gate Bridge and it is the same style of "suspension bridge". Coupled with Mackinac Island, which is totally different experience if you stay overnight, it is probably in my top 5 of US Tourist Attractions. (NOTE: you cannot get to the island from the bridge. It is ferry only). Love the fact that they do no allow cars on the island and you have to move around via horse or bike/walk only. You are right in the middle of boat action all around between the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan, so there is a ton to see off the coast of it, but you are also in a very quiet spot with no traffic. The Grand Hotel lunch buffet is probably the best buffet that I have ever had. That hotel has a similar feel to the Coronado in San Diego on the inside, but its is on a bluff and it has gardens all around it, but still overlooking the water, sort of like the Aviara Hotel in Carlsbad CA (if that hotel actually had perfect views of something on par with the Golden Gate Bridge). It has a massive porch with rocking chairs and food service there if you want to just relax.

  12. Good list but if you’re visiting the US stay away from Venice unless you like collecting hypodermic needles, no food, and homeless. Santa Monica is ok if you want to see the butt hole of LA County where our sewer dumps into the ocean. Don’t expect to go swimming.
If you go to Disneyland just go to Newport Beach. It’s right down the street.

  13. Great job once again!

Niagra Falls – it’s a must-see but I was expecting them to be taller! Did the boat cruise like all the other tourists. The surrounding area was a bit cheap though, not what a National park should be.

GG Bridge – it’s by San Francisco so it wins over the Mackinac.

Venice Boardwalk- been there many times, didn’t know more people go there than Disneyland!

    Thank you!!!

  14. I agree Pearl Harbor is depressing…. I lived on the island for a year and always felt so sad when it came time to drive by on the highway

  15. Great list, Chris! Mar-a-Lago is actually in Palm Beach, FL, not down in the keys, but if you drove straight down from Palm Beach, you would obviously hit the keys.

  16. The Golden Gate Bridge is as actually named for that narrow body of water that it covers. That narrow opening that opens from the sea into the San Francisco Bay is called Golden Gate, because it as thought to be the gateway to the gold, during the time of the gold rush. (I learned that from a great San Francisco video that was made eight years ago by a guy named Elias Barbosa. It is about the top 70 things to do in San Francisco. It is fantastic! Well done, and the commentary is funny as heck!

  17. Great stuff Chris! As someone who lives in UK and has traveled extensively here in Europe I'm amazed by just how much there is to see in USA. I've done Florida, Vegas and New York plenty of times, this year will tick off San Francisco and Hawaii! In future I want to do Boston & Niagara Falls as one trip, maybe New Orleans, Seattle and Alaska (possibly as a cruise), would also like to do San Diego with a trip to Mexico. Add to that the Florida Keys (I've done Miami and Orlando several times) as a part of Florida I've not yet had the chance to visit.

  18. I remember when I first moved to Sacramento, Ca, I thought Old Sacramento Waterfront district in downtown Sacramento, Ca was a legit, awe-inspiring tourist attraction. It’s like being transported to the Wild West or the set of Bonanza

  19. Excellent suggestions, Chris.
Here are a few more great destinations for people’s bucket lists:
    — The Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Las Vegas
    — Nighttime stargazing in Death Valley
    — The Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, FL
    — Old Town, Santa Fe, NM
    — The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota FL
    — A Walking Tour of Chinatown, San Francisco
    — A Steakhouse Sampler Tour of NYC

  20. Would highly recommend the bus tours around DC, particularly Old Town Trolley tours. Easy service and the drivers/tour guides are very lively and knowledgeable. It's cool at night.
