Kitasenju Niboshi Chukasoba Karen (北千住煮干中華蕎麦かれん) is a ramen shop in Kita-Senju which opened its doors in 2017 and sells great niboshi style ramen.
Chukasoba Karen offers light niboshi and rich niboshi, although the rich or “noukou” niboshi ramen can only be recommended to people who already know their love for niboshi and their ability to handle strong niboshi flavors.
The shop itself is literally right next to Kita-Senju Station, maybe a minute or two from the West side entrance of the station building.

Luckily, there is no "Karen" working at Chukasoba Karen. I don't think the owners are aware of the meaning of their ramen shop's name in English speaking countries these days. And probably most customers neither…
Your videos are amazing! Me and my partner just booked a trip to Japan, its there a forum or website where we can find reliable recommendations for really good or unique ramen? (other than systematically watching your entire video library, which would be fine but could take a while😅) TripAdvisor and Google reviews tend to just recommend tourist hotspots.
Edit: I remember you recommended a forum or something similar for ramen nerds in another video once, but I don't remember the forum or which video.
I think the google maps link is incorrect. Shows as a ramen shop in saitama
