  1. Took a Holland America cruise to Panama, people not the friendliest, saw Panama City and other places.major road which runs across isthmus and it was unkept, highly used, rough and very bumpy.

  2. Lori and Frank , nice job on the session we fell in love with San Carlos as well and bought a home there. We will be back down in February and will try to look you up when we are in town. Larry and Colleen Yarter

  3. Tell them to look into Chlorella for his inflammation of the gut.NASA has used it for over 60 years. There are tons of videos on YT about it. Saved my life and I am 66.

  4. What a sweet couple and a great video! Who knows, maybe we’ll meet after I arrive later this year! 😊

  5. Love them, they seem like great people. I love that they started a breakfast club, great initiative! Is the water clean?
So grateful for your honesty on missing a community. The information on health care was so appreciated.

  6. I will be participating in the February 23rd tour. Looking forward to it. Great tip on Air Med coverage. Air Ambulance service is extremely expensive but the insurance coverage is very affordable. If you have a pre existing health issue seems like a good idea to get coverage.

  7. Y’all rate a 👍 and 👏 plus 🙏 for being high school sweethearts. Glad you are enjoying your new adventures in Panama. I hope to be there some day.

  8. Sorry I didn't add in food costs. If course it is different for everyone. We spend 300-400/ month on groceries and about $300 going out to eat.
