Dresden Suspension Railway is funicular railway, pair of cars linked with cable, and climbs and descends to/from Rochwitz side on the hill in Dresden, Germany. This is unique railway system because cars are hanging with steel wheels as a monorail.
This is one of the oldest monorail, designed by Carl Eugen Langen in 1901.

ただ、窓より下の荷重をどうやって支持しているんでしょうか？
車内に少しだけ張り出した部分に埋め込んだ柱だけで吊っているのですかね？？
