now that was a cool way to cook using the Jakery power station, both cookers must draw a small amount of power, fun outing for you and your wife to do and I think Turtle Creek might have the right answer for the horse rider

Always wash the rice. From muddy rice firm till supermarket packing it goes from one dirty ground to another and even people walk on rice while packing…… wash it very well

Looks good. But cooking over your bedding? I've said this before, but I've seen people cook some serious meals inside their vehicles and I personally couldn't deal with the splatters and odors lingering in my vehicle and everything including your changes of clothing and being on the road smelling it 24/7.
So when are we going to see you ditch the 9-5 and become a professional chef :P! Great job.

If the 240 can run that stuff, you could even just use an inverter. The 12v outlet ones will do 300 peak watts. At least with the jackery, you don't have to sit there with the engine running. Nice setup.
