this is the best place in town to get a non expensive relatively ok cake with most amazing view!! it costs only 800 yen to take the elevator up, which is much much cheaper than any other towers in the world! they have a corner specialized for selfies, the carpet full of fluorescent Stars as well as the ceiling! then there is an electric energy Heart installation that people can bring to Glow if they hold to it together. A collection of Love ๐๐ locks you can buy and hang in there. The cake restaurant also sells some instant food pasta & curry, very cheap at a stunning location. On the outside the tower has different illumination patterns adjusted to the season and events of Japan. A nice experience on the beach in this lovely city!
