This walk will bring you to the top of Mount Mitake, one of the best hikes close to Tokyo.
The beautiful Mount Mitake is a 929 m high mountain in the Chichibu Tamakai National Park, located at only 2 hours from Tokyo.
Mount Mitake offers autumn colors, waterfalls, hiking, Shinto rituals and, beautiful night views of the capital.
At the top of the mount is a Shinto shrine called Musashi Mitake-jinja.
