There are many winter sports area in Japan where you can do ski or snowboarding. One of the popular snow resorts is Hakuba-Happo located in Nagano. This was the winter area selected as venue for Winter Olympics last 1998.

– Take train to Nagano station. Then take the bus going to Hakuba Bus Terminal.
