SAPPORO
01:02 – Hanamaru Sushi
Known for its really yummy and affordable sushi, we actually had a feast for a total of SGD17 per pax!
01:46 – Hokkaido Jingu Shrine
We visited the biggest shrine in Hokkaido, it’s very popular during the cherry blossoms season.
02:00 – Singapore Style Kopitiam
Pretty legit, and they serve legit dishes. But we still feel like our local meals are better, and more affordable (haha!) But if you’re ever in Hokkaido and miss Singaporean food, you can get your fix here!
NOBORIBETSU, HAKODATE, OTARU
04:13 – Noboribetsu
The hot springs here are really popular, and the River Oyunuma Natural Footbath was really super super shiok… Especially in the colder weather!
05:24 – Daimon Yokocho
Full of yummy places to eat, especially the stores serving Izakaya.
05:41 – Goryokaku Park
Check out the star shaped park, and of course, the beautiful cherry blossoms! Great place to chill out in the morning~
05:50 – Yoichi Distillery
Have you ever had Nikka Whisky? It’s brilliant, smooth and super good. Also, FREE WHISKEY!!! You get to try three different kinds~
06:38 – Sankaku Fish Market
We always love visiting the fish markets in Japan. It’s an experience in itself! And the restaurants that are around alwayssss serve very fresh seafood!
07:08 – Furano Cheese Factory
Get your pizza via a vending machine!
ASAHIKAWA
07:17 – Panorama Road
07:50 – Hokkaido Ice Pavilion
We got to experience crazy sub-zero temperatures. What an interesting visit. They even have little things and props to make the experience feel more real!
08:28 – Okhotsk Tokkari Center
SO CUTE!!!! AND FLUFFY!!!!! WE LOVEEEEE~
SAPPORO (again, hehe)
08:38 – Moerenuma Park
It used to be a waste land, but it is now existing as a beautiful green space. They even have a building/art gallery that looks like the Louvre you find in Paris!
08:51 – Ramen Shingen
Very popular ramen place in Sapporo, we definitely had to try it. The queues can get quite crazy, but sooooo worth it. The broth is EVERYTHING.
09:23 – Sapporo Beer Museum/Sapporo Beer Garden
Self-explanatory, really. 😉 But do check out the buffet offered in Sapporo Beer Garden. Really not to be missed, very worth it as well!
