  1. Everyone wearing masks. What is it about America and Europe who fail to understand protocol?

  2. Can anyone answer my question. When it snows is the alley bars and restaurants are still open ?

  3. Our colleagues at Tokyo Gas Co. used to take us to places like this in the 1980s. Much food was eaten, much Kirin was drunk, much fun was had. Love you, Japan.

  5. One of my dreams is to visit Tokyo and get lost in its alleys, it also seems that it is a very safe city to walk through those places. 😊

  6. you know? … " hidden areas " would be Tsukishima, Monzen-nakacho, Kameido,… and though it doesn't show up on any modern map of Tokyo,… Sanya

  7. One thing I like about about Japan is that they try to avoid eye contact, I really appreciate that.

  8. How do people sit at those counters where there isn't room behind them for other customers to enter or leave?
I couldn't relax like this. I would be in constant fear of customers coming or finishing their meal, while I'm still eating.
Whenever I eat or drink in a public place I make sure that it's a place where me and also other customers can easily sit down or leave their place, without the need for everybody else to stand up or make way.
