As promised, the video of my dinner in Roppongi. Wagyu lovers, this place is for you! It is cheap, delicious, good for groups but also solo dining in Tokyo.

Now, if you like less fatty wagyu, try that other Gyukatsu (deep fried beef cutlets) restaurant that I tried in Shinjuku a few months ago:

Here is an article in English about Gyukatsu Momomura. The fist pic is of the 260 g set:

[JAPAN] GYUKATSU MOTOMURA – Tokyo

The video is not of the best quality as I wasn’t using the gimble but it should give you the vibe of this restaurant!

Also sorry about the vocabulary mistakes but I added comments when mistaken.

Have you ever heard of the Oogui Battles, battle of big eaters in Japan? Edited all those bits of me eating and drinking reminded me of those battles 😉

  13. be careful.

GYUKATSU MOTOMURA does not comply with food labeling requirements.

Many of the foreign tourists have been mistaken that it’s Japanese WAGYU Beef.

GYUKATSU MOTOMURA uses cheap beef tallow injection processed meat.

And it is hidden to foreign tourists.

It is dangerous to eat in medium rare.

    be careful.
