  1. Please release the bird attacking footage. It fact you should make a bloopers video. Do funny things happen often?

  2. That bread sounds amazing. Looks amazing as well and is worth every step you took to find it. I am dreaming about bread like this. I’ve been looking for about two weeks. I cannot find a decent bakery in my area to save my life. You are extremely lucky.

  3. I had port calls in Yokosuka and Sasebo when I was in the US Navy in the mid 1980's. Such a good experience. Stay safe, guys.

  4. We call those cucumber sandwiches! Miracle whip is right! A little sweet. Adding a couple more ingredients like what you got sounds like a great idea! No wonder it’s famous 😋

  5. Sasebo love the name the location and the food is very good. Those sandwiches looked great Shinichi I liked how the package them ready for a picnic.

  6. Me feverishly typing away adding to the list. Husband- Let me guess, TabiEats just posted a new video. Me- Yes! And it looks so goooood!!!

  7. So much deliciousness! I'm always astonished at how clean and immaculate not only the streets are but also public transportation. Clearly the citizens of Japan take great pride in their country. Also the way they package and present food also shows the same care. Love and blessings 🤗💗

  8. Thank you what a beautiful place! I enjoyed every minute. I wish it was a little longer. I’m looking forward to your next video. 🤗

  9. Hi boys. I have a small request….could you maybe do a non-egg Japanese meal review someday? Unfortunately I have a pretty severe egg allergy, which limits my choices as far as sandwiches and other meals that contain egg as a main ingredient. I can tolerate most breads, and even castella cake, but egg right on the sandwich, would probably land me in the hospital.

  10. OMG I bet that Gouda bun would be AMAZING if it were warmed in an oven for a bit so the cheese gets nice and melty. Gouda is one of my favorite cheeses!

  11. Love all the delicious foods y'all shared. I wish I could be in Japan to visit all the places you feature. Please don't wear masks.

  12. I love Sasebo! I lived there as a child, when my Dad was stationed at the Naval base. And every summer we took the ferry to my Bachan’s home on Goto Islands. Your video brings back memories! The shotengai, sandwiches and castella!!

  13. Next time you are in Sasebo, you must check out Daizen. It’s located on the outside of Sasebo station. It’s a Michelin rated champion restaurant, and a bowl will only run you ¥1000. Also Ton Chin Can is another must, it’s really popular local Yakitori restaurant.

  14. Hello Shinchi and Satoshi
Have you ever tried Sugar and Cinnamon on warm pretzels? Satoshi . It's not too strong and it's nice on warmed pretzels. So do you have a store making Large Pretzels. I love mine cut up but it doesn't taste good cold. I think I would be our on the Cinnamon and walnut bread as I don't like walnuts. Good luck Satoshi. I love your video. Take care Satoshi and Shinchi xx

  15. I was fortunate enough to see the Navys' 7th fleet come into Sasebo Naval air station in 1961 It's a big Navy area

  16. I only ever heard of Sasebo Burger from the TV Show YOUは何しに日本へ? (I think it was/is on NHK?) because they had some American guy who said he only went to Japan to try a Sasebo Burger XD

Also even though I don't like Japanese Bread, the Gouda one might be really nice … I always have to go to one of those Kaldy Coffee places to find Gouda in Japan (nur sure if it changed yet) and they only ever have young one … here in Europe I always eat the old Gouda which is at least 12 Month old.

  17. I love baking bread, pizza, making pasta..bread is so basic, but so much variation. If you guys want to try at home, Brian Lagerstrom has the best ciabatta I’ve ever had, much less baked at home. Some specialized equipment helps like a cast iron bread pan with lid, but you can improvise with a foil roasting pan. Very fast mixer speed works a miracle on a wet dough you think has no hope of clearing the bowl, but be patient, it will work, just keep turning up the speed..it’s wet enough that it won’t kill your mixer.

  18. Wow from what you have shown Japan has some awesome ways of feeding y'all and adorable items too. Keepin their people happy and content
