Bari Uma was established in 2003 in Hiroshima. It was of our good fortune that they decided to expand internationally and of course onto the tiny green island Singapore. Well hidden from the city, it is not easy to find this ramen restaurant. Nonetheless, this ramen shop never fails to attract throngs of fans and loyal customers.
Check out the rich and creamy broth, al-dente ramen noodles and the perfectly grilled pork with the perfect ratio of meat and fats. This is truly a rare gem!

    As many of these random city noodle/ramen/Bakut Teh places seemed always to be quiet like this even before the pandemic, I wonder how they survive now with current and off & on changing rules and regulations for dining. I guess the Singapore government is handing out generous socia support packages for the business owners to pay for business overhead.
