My suggestions is all over the world, we are cooking bread on fire, some parts of grain gets burned, We need to rethink the model of inner parts of oven. In all types of oven, we put fire wood or electric plate on below or up or on either side. This is ok. We must work on middle part. Imagine a wheels with circular motion. You fix clay plates or iron plates , in a circle you will get many lines, you can put size of plates around 30 to what's so ever is required. In the center put rotation ballbearing and rotate it in the circular motion. Because of circular motion , Fire will not burn the cake and capacity of keeping material double. You need to keep rotating by hand or electricity. Use same systems for electric ovens. Putting cakes in oven will become easier. While putting hand gets burned. Namh shivay.
