Cape Cross swingers beach has become known to the general public in the last 15 years. Many couples and individuals come there. Most are curious and even more voyeurs. @CatamaranAriki

    In these wild (natural) areas it is not a good idea to walk around naked, because there are many fungi and bacteria that will cause some skin disease, or something more serious in women. In São Vicente, São Paulo, Brazil there is the wild beach of Itaquitanduva, where in recente past, you could fish. But I often got a skin disease that turned white and was caused by a fungus that was fought with ketoconazole.

    That was a very sad and disturbing tale. Here in the UK, we are about to face a similar regime. I hope you find somewhere to be at one with nature and naturalness.

    I have been to Valelta and Rovin as a small boy, more than 50 years ago. On pictures I can not regognize it anymore! It's a shame, used to be so beautifull

    Am sorry to say that your story is not completely correct. I used to live in Rovinj and know what happened there and how it ended. It was a swingers beach, but then some local people, religiously motivated, began complaining to the city council. Strange part is that there is no way you can end up by accident on this beach, it is a dead end path, so anyone going there knows exactly what and why they are going there. You cannot see what is happening on the beach if you are a couple of hundred meters back and the same goes for the boaters. They can only see something if they come close to the beach. I have the attitude that if I don't like something I don't go and I certainly won't look at it, but let everybody be free to do what they want. However, still they were upset and now already for a couple of years swinging or sex on the beach is no longer allowed. Nudism however is still allowed everywhere outside the city limits (as it is in most of Croatia). Nobody will look strange if you take off your clothes on a beach or on a boat. The FKK camp grounds still exist and are still popular. And oh, did I forget to mention that Croatians also can be found naked on the beaches and also have sex on the beaches ? Perhaps not while others are watching, but they do have sex. The only reason they did not go to Punta Criz is because they are afraid they will be recognized by people they know. So next time when you want to make a 'story', please don't take the moral high ground and don't make up stories about something happening in full view when you have to wriggle yourself in all kinds of positions to see something. You actually stated it yourself, you had to walk for 15 min before you even got to that beach, that says it all.

    Well it is sad that those swingers don’t pick up their trash and make it undesirable for many. Sad to hear that there are fewer nudist camps around!
