The Capitol building looks nice, the Neonatal ICU is a really encouraging development for Cebu (pretty much all of VSMCC vacant lots are now filled with buildings!) and the other new buildings will surely add to Cebu's standing among cities and provinces. But the traffic these new developments will add would be a headache. I heard sometime ago that the Metro Cebu Expressway may have a hard time finishing as finding corporations/organizations for its Private Public Partnership program has not had positive results just yet. Hopefully the Cebu Chamber of Commerce or others can resolve this issue as that road could really help with traffic and congestions. Happy New Year ๐
