The area immediately south of Otsuka Station is a chaotic area with many multi-tenant buildings. However, the speed of redevelopment around the station in recent years has been remarkable, and the city has changed dramatically from the appearance of 20 years ago. It is sad to say, but this old-fashioned chaotic town will disappear sooner or later.
