  1. Have it multiple times a year. Here in Cornwall, it's hard not to find clotted cream unless in a small shop. Obviously, I pick Cornish's way, especially if scones are warm and cold cream.

  2. We Mongols call this heavenly daily staple, "Öröm." Let the freshly milked cream sit overnight, and scoop the legendary stuff with a spoon or a knife and enjoy! :Г

  3. The cream is unevenly sliding off the jam. I spread a thick layer of butter or cream cheese first then delicately place the jam or jelly over it. It’s so beautiful.
