Brief bit of video showing the highlights of a tour organised by Princess Cruises aboard Diamond Princess in October 2018. This excursion took place at our first port of call, Kagoshima in Japan, where we took a boat across to Sakurajima Volcano – one of the most active volcanoes in the world – then back to the mainland to visit the Sengan-en Garden. Included is some footage of departing Kagoshima aboard Diamond Princess as the sun was setting beyond another impressive-looking volcano on the Japanese mainland. The excursion also included a museum visit and a visit to a shochu distillery.
