What’s going on guys and welcome back to the channel! Recently I passed through Vegas on the way back to school and decided to go and re-ride the Big Apple Coaster with the new trains it got in 2021. We also did the stratosphere which was plenty more than I could handle and managed to pay a visit to Speed: The Ride… or what’s left of it… Anyways, as we passed through I was thinking about Togo and some of the weird creations they’d made whilst they were still making coasters, and remembered a funky one in Japan that I’d wanted to ride when I was little. With a height of over a 100 feet and a length just under 3,000, today’s coaster is one that has quite the odd layout and an ever odder inversion. It is also one of few of its model still left in operation. So what is it? And where did it come from? This is the story, of Hamanako Pal Pal’s, Mega Coaster! 🦈🎢

First! 😀 anyway, I have a video suggestion, do one on the suspended coaster built by Doppelmayer called Vertigo in Walibi Belgium please. It was a weird and not really reliable ride. It only lasted a few years and was completely unique.
This coaster looks so cool tbh! It would be cool if you did a video on the details of what happened at Icon Park recently. Where the ferris wheel lost power and whatnot. It would be interesting to hear about it! I love your channel. btw sorry for making a video suggestion under this video. It's probably annoying, lol
That inversion just looks like the Big Apple dive loop but with heartlining

I only live like 2-3 hours from here but I’ve only been there once 🤣
Big Apple is where my mind goes when people mention rough coasters, especially rough steel coasters. The video of Mega Coaster made it feel rough as well. I hope your experience Sean, is as smooth as butter.
Mega Coaster reminds me more of being a big brother to Viper at SFGADV. I thought Viper was really intense until it got so rough it was no longer fun. Great content as always. Keep em coming.
Mega coaster is a pretty good ride! I got a ton of airtime even tho I was sitting near the front of the train on that first drop. The dive loop is v weird. The 45 min bus ride out there from Hamamatsu station was a bit tedious but it was worth it for sure. The other rides at this park are kinda weird too the wild mouse type ride was super janky lol. I’ve never been to Vegas so I can’t compare but yeah! Japanese coasters slap. Do like I did, study abroad just to ride coasters lol
Imagine that If there was the same level of TLC in the American branch of fabrication. Would Togo STILL be around innovating?
Can you do Happy Valley Yufei's Unknown wooden coaster
. It was made by GCI and opened in 2017 and still we dont know the name to it
