Diamond Head is one of the most iconic symbols of Hawaii. The hike up this extinct Hawaiian volcano is recommended for the epic views from the summit. Just make sure to go early to avoid the heat.

  1. Super awesome video! I love that hike. The stairs looked kinda scary, but it's all worth it at the end. The view looked spectacular! I bet you all had a fun time together and had lots of laughs. And Laurence , you looked so colorful and fabulous as always. PS: I need that book bag in my life, lol. Thanks for sharing guys!

  2. Laurence, you look great! Love your outfit and I rate it a 9. Not sure the shoes matched? But of course you are the fashion king so who am I to say? lol! Btw, the view is amazing! Hawaii is such a beautiful island honestly. Love the vids as always! 🙂

  3. I love the gumby t shirt too. Hey awesome video hike. It looks hard but gives you a good workout.i hope to do the diamond head hike someday.thanks guys the hawaii videos are cool.mahalo!

  4. What a work out. There was one time you all looked exhausted but the next view you all looked pretty good. Beautiful video. Thanks I enjoyed it very much. What a beautiful hike.

  5. Cannot beat the view, tho, once u’r at the top…(I’m far from athletic & I made mistake of wearing slippahs the day I went, LoL…was worth it, no matter…)

  6. ATTENTION ! BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES PEOPLE!!! Crime has gone up very recently in Oahu Island and most of them are not reported by fake lame news thus the system continues to trick tourists and residents alike that all is well… NOT SO!
Very VIOLENT attacks and robberies are happening during daytime or night time in homes, parks, beaches, sightseeing areas like Kaka'ako, n Waikiki, and so many more whether you are on mopeds on bicycles, parking lots whether be cover or open, you name it. Make your voice count whenever you see, hear or experience any of these do post, comment and inform others. Time has come now to take the skeletons out of closet, his is very REAL !!! Hawaii is NOT what it used to be, be alert at all times and always go out with at least one more person accompanying you ! Along with pepper spray and other type of defense.

  7. Way late, but well done and CONGRATZ guys!! Burned all that "junk" food and lots of calorie intake for the year hehe. Great views and video, Shinichi/Satoshi. It looked beautiful, lol 5:50 I understood every word that Chinese lady said lol. "you have to go that way, follow everyone else There there!"

  8. This video means a lot to me, in ways that might be hard to understand for healthy individuals.
I was incredibly fortunate to hike Diamond Head on Nov 29, 2016.
Three short weeks later my arms and legs were weak and got worse. By January I was paralyzed and had to be pushed in a wheelchair.

I was diagnosed with Guillain Barré Syndrome.
Today is Dec 9 2019. I'm grateful for you guys showing the scenery, the entrance, the trail, more spectacular scenery, those STAIRS, and MORE STAIRS! One of the best things you did for my recovery is hearing you young strong guys breathing harder as you hiked. You showed how challenging it is.
I know I'm physically unable to hike it now. But you guys gave me something to work for. Ganbatte imasu!

  9. Seriously amazing to be able to hike like this!!! I walk with a cane and there's no way I could do this so thank you so much for sharing your adventure

  10. I’m born and raised in Hawaii (different island) but first time seeing the actual hike. I prefer our volcano and waipio valley hikes. I didn’t like the claustrophobic tunnels and stairways with so many people too. Come to the Big Island for hiking!

  11. This is the only video I’ve seen out of DOZENS that show the actual climb up. I had no idea it was so… cemented 😆

  12. Wow !!!! I didn’t know that it was an intense hike… I would have died..my asthma would have kill me…thanks for showing us how spectacular the view is…hidden treasure
