The tropical islands of Okinawa (沖縄), the southernmost prefecture of Japan, is a popular tourist destination. The capital Naha has a population of around 320 000 people, and is the most common entry point to this tropical group of islands.
This video is from the village and beach of Aharen(阿波連), located on the west side of Tokashiki island (渡嘉敷). Tokashiki is one of the Kerama islands, located a few hours by boat from Naha, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear water with ample of snorkeling opportunities.
Filmed on a hot weekday in August 2018 with a Asus Zenfone 5Z in 4K resolution, using a DJI Osmo Mobile 2 handheld gimbal.
