Welcome! This place is perfect for lovers of local markets. Time has stopped there and today we can walk the alleys of the nostalgic market and look at local delicacies and products. The interior is full of colors and smells, let’s see together what this interesting place has to offer.

Bikkuri-ichi is a local food market in Nogata, Fukuoka in Japan. The market was founded in 1976 in response to the needs of consumers who wanted to have direct access to meat produced in a nearby factory. The factory was established in 1972 in the countryside, and nearby residents started coming to the factory to buy meat. This is why the idea to make a weekend market was born. In 1989, the market was moved to its current location, which was originally a cold store. The atmosphere of those times persists to this day, and customers happily come with nostalgia to this place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

May happiness be with this place.
