Location: Uku Shima island, which is located northernmost of “The five islands archipelago” in Nagasaki prefecture in Japan. Nagasaki prefecture has a lot of remote islands, including Iki island and Tsushima island. They are far from the mainland of Japan and nearer the Korean peninsula. Many Christians have hidden on these islands during the Edo era. Atomic bomb victims are still alive and suffering long after WWII. The culture is so different and unique, which is Japanese and seems foreign.
Today, I will go to a place of no name. I did make a 1-hour long movie again. Please enjoy watching this while doing something, taking a nap, or thinking about something. This place seems to have a strong wind preventing trees from growing high. There is a broad grassland on Google maps and a road that leads you there. You can get there by bike.
Once you reach there, you will feel like you are in Australia or somewhere primitive. Let’s enjoy the savanna on Uku Shima island together.
今回も長編です。またまた1時間弱。全部見るのは、時間がかかるので、”ながら見” もよし、”うたた寝する” のもよし、何も考えずの〜んびりご鑑賞ください。今度はGoogle Map上、「地名」を持たない場所に向かいます。風が強いためか高い木はなく、だだっ広い草原が見えます。コンクリートも道は作られていそうなので自転車でも十分到達可能でしょう。
辿り着くと、そこはまるで海外にでもいるような気分になります。オーストラリアってこんな感じなのかなと想像しています。広大な宇久のサバンナを楽しもう。

【我流ぺぺ玉】 Recipe of egg peperoncino spaghetti
材料 [ ingredients ]
ニンニク 1片 garlic 1piece
オリーブオイル 大さじ2 olive oil 30g
全卵 1個 egg 1piece
赤唐辛子 1本 red chilli 1 piece
ベーコン 5〜6ブロック bacon 5-6 blocks
スパゲティー 1.8mm 100g spaghetti 100g
パルメザンチーズ お好み parmesan cheese as much as you like
塩・胡椒 お好み salt&pepper as much as you like
手順 procedure
①卵が浮くくらいのオリーブオイルで半熟揚げ卵を作り、取り出す
Pour olive oil until the egg starts floating, and take the egg out when done.
②油をそのまま使う。フライパンの温度は一旦下げる(2−3分くらい放置)
Wait until the pan gets colder for 2-3 minutes.
③ニンニク、赤唐辛子、ベーコンにじっくり火を入れる(ベーコンは一旦取り出す)
Fry garlic, red chilli, and bacon gently, and take the bacon out.
④水を投入し、沸騰したらパスタを投入、標準の茹で時間-30秒
Pour water. When it comes to a boil, put spaghetti in the water.
⑤ベーコン、卵を戻し温まったら完成
Put the bacon and the egg back into the pan.
⑥仕上げにチーズ、塩、胡椒
Put cheese, salt, and black pepper as much as you like.
