ginataaang halohalo ang suman pinipig among the best local snacks in the country
Belated Merry christmas Janus i hope you enjoy your holiday here in Manila.
I canβt believe you at those peppersβ¦your not a hot food person. The other items looked good, a vegetarian day is good, cleans the system out. Have some fun food this New Yearβs Eve and stay safe. Here is to a great 2023β¦.
"maam" "sir", that's very polite & pleasant to hear,
hardly or its not common to hear that from other countries.
No wonder it's so easy to connect & have a conversation w/ the locals in the Philippines.
MashaAllah MashaAllah you have also accepted Islam I am from Pakistan we welcome you to Islam do you ever come to Pakistan
Hi jan merry Christmas and happy new year,π²β€

Love this vlogβ¦
I canβt take dynamite. So hot
The whole atmosphere is nice..
Just a small FYI, don't confuse Manila with Metro Manila. Those are two different places. Manila is a city and is a part of Metro Manila. Metro Manila aka National Capital Region is the region which consists of 17 cities. Both Makati and Manila are part of it. So technically it is erroneous to refer to Makati as Manila. Makati is part of Metro Manila but is not Manila.
finally, someone ate halohalo the right way!
nice try sirπππ€©
I love Ginataang Halo-halo, also called Ginataang Bilo-bilo which are the glutinous rice balls. It's actually made by mixing glutinous rice flour with water and forming them into balls. Time consuming to make.
Yeah it's really a lot more expensive there coz the rent for the stall space is expensive too.
As a vlogger mustbspeak the true pls don't lie we have been to Manila for the past 10 years.
Hi Janus! Thank you for showing me the street foods in Makati. Yes, I agree with you. Do you prefer to explore street foods like in this area or to the local market? Happy holiday!
Dynamite for Brunch! That must've revved you up so early, the heat got to you. I must say that your choices were good, although I don't even recognize some of them, like gising-gising or suman with millet. Your assessment about the prices are on-point. Few Filipinos would fork up the prices of the food items you got, except that trying the Salcedo market is an experience in itself. It undoubtedly is the first urban outdoor market of the Philippines, that tells you how long Makati has been around…sort of.
in 11:36 I believe that is winged beans not string beans.
Hi Sir, try in French – Fil Market in Makati Triangle Park at 6 pm is best time to go there. Tnk u
filipino food and delicacies is included in the top 50 best foods in the world… we rank 10th
Wow Makati City, the Ultra Modern city of the Philippines aside from BGC, Pasig City etc..
Indigestion coming up!
