With Japan discarding the last of its travel restrictions on October 11, 2022, it was time to head back for another visit. This video will showcase my 3 favorite day trips out of Tokyo with an extra honorable mention.
While autumn is my favorite time of the year to travel, it goes without say that these locations are worthy of visiting year round. It is also worth noting that while they can be done as day trips (especially if you travel solo/quickly) spending 1 or 2 days at most of these locations will make it a more relaxed experience and also open up a few more possibilities as well.
