ULUDAG MOUNTAIN BURSA TURKEY \ Best SKI RESORT in Turkey \ Uludağ Teleferik in Winter 🇹🇷

I recently visited the Uludağ Mountain in Bursa, Turkey, for my birthday in January. I visited Uludağ Teleferik in September (you can watch my video here: https://youtu.be/yxZqqG6kEYw ) and wanted to come again in the winter, especially for the ski season. This was my first ever skiing lesson which I was fortunate to do in Bursa. The Uludağ Mountain can be reached via the Teleferik (also known as cable car). There was an extra cable car we had to take to reach the top of the Uludağ Mountain, and then further ski lifts to take for the skiing.

Since this was the first time I tried out skiing, I hired a Ski Instructor for 1 hour who was amazing. I learned so much from my first lesson and was able to ski down pretty much on my own (with the guidance from my instructor of course), after just 1 lesson! Skiing in Turkey was an amazing experience and this was definitely the best birthday I ever had!

Uludağ means ‘Great Mountain’ and it is the highest mountain in Bursa. Uludağ is a popular Turkish ski resort during the winter months, however, there is also a lot to do during the summer months.

There are many outdoor activities to do in Uludag. The cable car is one of the highest in Turkey and the journey takes about 30 minutes.

If you are looking for things to do in Bursa then do not give Uludag Ski Resort a miss. It was a short bus ride away from Osmangazi Bursa, and also accessible by taxi, so do go there when you visit Bursa.

The Uludag teleferik (also known as gondola or cable car) is a great way to travel up the great Uludağ mountain as the scenes going up and down are just breathtaking. There are also taxi drivers that can take you up to Uludag mountain.
