My first ever Toronto Winter Vlog! Winters in Toronto, Canada have a bad reputation for being notoriously cold, depressing and ugly. Heavy snowstorm in Toronto, wind chill, below freezing temperatures are common for the winter months of December to February and not just that, Canadian winters are completely out of hand! Lasting for 6-9 months out of 12 in some states.
Today I have vlogged my first hand experience of my first winter in Canada and how all my plans to indulge in winter activities in Toronto just went into waste because of a small mistake. My first Christmas in Toronto was spent in bed and I felt the wrath of Toronto winters for the next few days.
I had initially planned to visit the Toronto winter village in Distillery district for Christmas and some other Christmas markets around downtown Toronto and show you all about it but life had other plans.

Common, you know about Canada winters before moving. Now don't blame and act like you are shocked and surprise and say you were not expecting this 🤣
Awesome ❤❤❤❤❤
Yeah, Canada is like really cold and Sydney is perfect in winter
Relax Akanksha. You will get used to it. If you discuss with a Norwegian about bad weather he will say you did not dress properly.🤣🤣 Dec 24th was an outlier. last time it happened in my memory was January 25, 1977.
By the way I am going to Muskoka in January. It usually get at least 10 degrees more colder than Toronto but you won't feel it. Toronto down town because of high rises, the streets work like a wind tunnel. Mississauga or Scarborough will be better.
Get a flu and Covid boosters from any approved pharmacies if you have not taken one already. Winter is flu season. Shots are free in Canada. Happy New Year. Cheers.
Do you cook by yourself ? make a vlog on in it, what you eat
Actually this has been the mildest Winter in probably the last 30-40 years. If you think this is bad, wait until you feel the bone chill of -30 degree weather with windchill in February. It gets even colder in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton etc.
Take care dear and stay safe ❤️
