I’m not Turkish, but when ever anyone asks me what the best cuisine in the world is, my answer is always ( Turkish ). I’ve been living in Japan for 26 years and my city has no Turkish restaurants. Im going back home to Australia to train in their cuisine and open a restaurant here in my city in Japan. Some might ask, why not train in turkey?, well, Sydney has some of the best Turkish restaurants in the world outside of Turkey.
