as impressive as the making of these pork buns are (thank you for showing all the work that goes into making them) your title is misleading – the restaurant doesn’t open until 10:00 AM – it’s the employees that come in at 3:00 AM – big difference – I was expecting to see a restaurant that served customers who worked the night shift and need someplace to eat before either going back to work or going home – that’s not this restaurant – please think about fixing your title to reflect what it actually shows 🤗
It's beautiful and it even seems good to eat, but I don't know why I have eaten the Mediterranean diet all my life, where so many things are not mixed and the products are eaten without so much dressing, but almost all Asian food It gives me digestive upset, headaches and so on, I suppose that some sauce or dressing or mixtures of what they put in those meals do not suit me and I am not the only one, many people feel the same.

朝の３時から大人数で豚まんの仕込みってかなり手間暇掛かってる。相当美味しいんやろな。
その後も店舗で営業されてるの凄いな。
初代とウチの親が顔見知りでよく利用していました
名物の肉まんは非常に素朴な味ですが甘めの皮に豚の旨味と塩味のバランスが絶妙で添付のカラシと酢醤油に良くマッチし誠に美味でした
二代目になってからは余り訪れていませんでしたが…久しぶりに名物の肉まんを食べに行ってみようかな…と思いました(笑)
To open for business at 3 am is great for shift workers.
