■懐かしの国鉄急行 「阿蘇」 が令和に復活！
－貸切12系客車で行く、急行阿蘇の旅－
－復活急行「阿蘇号」で行く熊本の旅－
熊本熊本デスティネーションキャンペーンの一環で、広島～熊本間に急行「阿蘇」が１往復限りの復活運転です。
2019（令和元）年９月28日の、下り列車を広島草津八幡宮の参道踏切（仙洞第１踏切）で撮りました。
平地の難所とも呼ばれる、５連続急カーブの第２コーナーで、車輪とレールの軋む音が魅力？です。
山陽本線での牽引機はEF65-1128号機でした。
この先、九州内では往路の折尾～原田間において、筑豊本線で運転したそうです。
○運行時刻：
【往路】9月28日 広島駅（09：19発）→熊本駅（18：50着）
【復路】9月29日 博多駅（14：00発）→広島駅（20：37着）
