Ichiran Ramen is famous for its rich tonkotsu (Pork-based broth)
At beginning is a humble ramen stall called “Futaba Ramen” in Hakata in 1960, later if adopted the name “Ichiran” in 1966.

Japan is known for its Great food, Yakiniku is one of the most popular dishes in the country. This traditional Japanese BBQ dish has been around since 18th century.

Cooking method: The final step is to cook each piece on the grill. After brushing a bit of oil or lard, place food directly onto heated grate and allow it to cook for about one minute per side before flipping (or longer if tougher cuts).

Beef: cook for about one to two minute per side, turning only once or twice.
