Welcome to this new video, shot in France, showing the complete line from Nice to Paris for the first time on YouTube, and a first for this channel: a Cabride in a TGV! We’ll be travelling a large part at 300km/h (320km/h at times) during our trip of more than 1000km through France, after proceeding along the splendid Côte d’Azur (French Riviera) to Marseille. We will then see the entire Mediterranean LGV (high speed line) opened in 2001 as well as the Rhône-Alpes and South-East LGVs, which opened a few decades earlier.
Please note that the camera stabilisation caused occasional jolty movements during the first 2.5 hours of the video. We’re working on this problem. The sun also wasn’t optimal, but during the high speed section, conditions are a lot better.
We hope you enjoyed the video and the whole team wishes you a wonderful christmas and a great start to the new year!

Will there be a high speed line between Nice and Marseille in the future? I heard they are building an underground station at Marseille for througgoing tgv’s but haven’t see. Anythhing about a true high speed line between the 2 cities
(J'ai vu le paysage dans l'autre sens y'a 30 ans)
Good job
Bet they need some stone-chip paint on those wagons.
Fantastic. I live in a train country but i have to say we dont have such long distances. May i recommend something? Would it be possible to show also constant speed and a graphic where you are? All in all, great video!!!
Supercool! I love this video!
Veľmi prekrásne video 😇😇😇😇. Perfektné , super 😇😇😇. Srdečne pozdravujem zo Slovenska 🇸🇰🇸🇰🇸🇰🇸🇰.
Super video ! Quel est le numero de train ? 🚄
SO much fun to relive this route. I've taken it several times. TGV travel in France is always a pleasure for Americans who love both la France and trains! Bravo and thank you. Love the way you whizzed by Avignon TGV Station, one of the coolest architectural designs ever!
2:27:20 is when the train joins the Paris – Marseille LGV
If you set the vid to double speed it's like you're goin 360mph!
Awesome work and great that you shared this route with us! In my view definitely one of my all time favourite train rides 🙂 good memories!
