They have 10 years Christmas Market Anniversary in Fukuoka and the display in front of Hakata Station was extremely beautiful and they had many stalls with traditional hot wine from Europe and joyful eateries full audience sitting and enjoying their time while famous musicians on the big stage were providing for nice ambience and most of all it was free entrance by difference to the Christmas Market in Tokyo Hibiya where you have to line up for hours and pay a very high price to enter!
also I’m showing you the Sun Business Hotel and the room where I stayed it was just in front of Hakata station almost connected to the underground Street which made it very helpful to get around the other interest points of the city and the room had everything you need they even provided downstairs free coffee and tea and you could take a little stove to your room to warm up water if you want to make drinks in your room and I was really happy that their hairbrush was much better than other similar brushes offered for free by other hotels and the shampoo hair conditioner were also really good quality given the fact that this was not a luxury hotel and all the staff at the front desk kind and helpful and even googled for me online in Japanese to help me find the specific shop that I was searching. the hotel is not new but it was very clean and really everything you need to make it a good base to explore the city!!
then I also had local foods that one is supposed to try sadly I was not impressed with the beef tongue!! my grandmother was cooking it much more delicious and flavorful so I would say you can skip this when coming here!!
