If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to see the Gili Islands, look no further! This 1-hour 360 tour will show you the real island, from the ocean to the rainforest to the beautiful villages. After watching this video, you’ll be ready to explore the Gili Islands for yourself!

We decided to go around the Gili Island on the bikes as it was such a beautiful day. This should give you an idea about the area and hopefully helps you plan your next trip here.

It took us an hour to get around the whole island. The road is not hard surface or bitumen or cement/bricks all around and there are lose sandy patches which are so hard to ride on. However, it’s still worth riding around and seeing the entirety of the island. It is pretty obvious that the westerly side is where it’s more happening as compared to the easterly side, but if you are a family with kids, then easterly side might be a good option for you if you are looking for a quite time away. Saying that , it will depends on when you are visiting Gili T as peak season would attract more tourist throughout the island. We visited in November and it’s considered off peak/wet season which means the amount of people you see in the video might triple in the peak season.

We were luck that we had sunny days during our stay as the risk with off peak is always rain and thunders but if that does not bother you then you will be saving a lot money on everything as it’s not high season and deals are everywhere.

I apologise the video went for longer than I expected but I thought it was to give you a true picture of the island instead of those Instagram shots alone where everything looks picture perfect.
