Today we have a special ocean meditation video for you! This drone footage takes you to a world all Caribbean blue, out on Anguilla’s Scrub Island. One of Anguilla’s most mystical offshore cays, this gem of an island is home to many a special beach.
One of our favorites? This calm, magical pond. A big, wide, still-water lagoon, it opens to the crashing ocean. The little channels in the sea wall let in sharks, turtles and rays. They all come to this safe haven to have their babies and nurse them into good health.
A healing spot, rich in rejuvenating feelings, let’s soak up the calm, Scrub Island-style 🥰🥰🥰
