This time I am flying on Japan Airlines from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Osaka Itami Airport in economy class. Japan Airlines uses frequently wide body aircraft on domestic routes so this time I am on an Airbus A350-900.
Japan airlines always had a very high level of friendliness, service and are always professional in my trips with them so far so it’s time to see if that indeed is still the case. Also it was my first time arriving in Itami Airport instead of the bigger Kansai Airport.
