So it will be a different Thanksgiving in Hawaii this year, but even if it’s different, it doesn’t mean we still don’t have things to be thankful for. As crazy as it’s been in Hawaii, I’m glad I was here during the pandemic. So in this video, I want to talk story about how we normally celebrate Thanksgiving in Hawaii – maybe you can relate with how you celebrate with your family – and how thankful I am to be in Hawaii.
This year, I’m thankful for family, Hawaii’s natural beauty, and local food. Happy Thanksgiving!
(Disclaimer: I wore a mask before and after the filming of this video. I did not wear a mask while filming since I was able to maintain six feet of distance between myself and others. Pursuant to the Governor’s latest Emergency Proclamation, masks are only mandated outdoors if an individual is unable to maintain six feet of distance with others in public spaces. Stay safe!)
