OSAKA WHEEL is a Ferris wheel located in EXPOCITY in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture.
It is the tallest Ferris wheel in Japan (123m : 404ft) and the first in the world to adopt a seismic isolation structure.
It is the first Ferris wheel in Japan to be certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation.
At the time of its opening, it was the fifth tallest Ferris wheel in the world.
The number of gondolas is 72, and the time required for a round trip is 18 minutes.
On a clear day, visitors can see Abeno Harukas, the buildings of Umeda, the Rokko mountain range, and the Ikoma mountain range.
