Very interesting. In HI, the Covid-19 rate is so low now because of the high rate of vaccinations given/taken. But in NYC and LA, the CDC is now recommending wearing masks again because CV-19 cases are rising dramatically. In addition, many new cases are not being reported because positive cases tested at home are not being reported.
There is a mean bum on Hikimoe Street near the car wash.
I asked him what was wrong, and nothing helped. I threw a small can of sardines on the sidewalk twice. He would not calm down. I got a larger can and tried dropping that. He still would not give up. So, there was a woman there. I pointed the bum out to her. I told her what a pain he was. She was sympathetic. She was with a girlfriend.
